EMEA Marketing Manager


About the job The EMEA Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing marketing strategy and execution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans that drive growth, support the sales team, and increase awareness of our products and services. In addition, the Marketing Manager will engage in KOL networking to strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology diagnostics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and a strong background in oncology diagnostics within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for the EMEA region that align with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the oncology diagnostics industry, and translate this data into actionable insights.
• Product Launches: Manage product launches and promotional activities, including market entry strategies, sales enablement, and customer education programs.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing materials, training, and support for successful product sales and customer engagements.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, webinars, and online advertising to reach target audiences and generate leads.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence in the EMEA region through consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• KOL Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the oncology diagnostics field to support product awareness and credibility.
• Event Management: Plan and execute regional events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and network with potential customers and partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and product offerings.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial constraints and provide a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or oncology diagnostics industry.
• Strong knowledge of the EMEA healthcare market, including regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Language proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Irish, etc.) spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
